Until now i thought that i just can sit and clear my mind, but it wasn't easy. Rather hard i must say, for me. Now this little mantra is like food for mind and it likes it :) Very good technique. It's not hard at all to sit 20 min actually. I didn't even notice when my legs "died". First i tried 5 min, but later after 20 min was quite different feeling. Simplicity rules :) Thanks David!

I found this course to be very informative. It was simple and straightforward. I've attended classes on meditation before. Once I traveled over 40 miles to take a class, and it wasn't as clear and simple as this one.
